Please fill out the application form. Fields with red border are required. Applicants must fully pay workshop fee and accommodation (if you choose one). In case of unpaid application the registration is not valid. If the payer is different than the applicant please enter payers data under notes at the bottom of application form. In case of canceled participation the organizer will refund 90% of workshop fee and 100% of accommodation costs.
